Igence were contracted to develop an ticket issuing system for Heathrow Express to be installed in the new Heathrow Terminal 5.
The Heathrow Express T5 TOM offers the following features:
- Issuing of Heathrow Express and Connect tickets
- Issuing of London Underground products including Oyster©
- Collection of Ticket on Departure products
- Multi currency support
- High speed operation using a customised keyboard
Building on the success and strengths of the FasTIS, the T5 TOM provides a new suite of products, offering a consistent and easy to use operator experience.
