In teaming up with Measurement Devices Ltd (MDL) we aim to create a range of products which allow Laser measurement technology to be packaged as complete solutions into different market sectors.

Trucks Scanner was designed to:
- Provide a simple load profile of a trucks contents as it leaves the quarry
- Identify trucks which are at risk of overturning
- Give clear and precise traffic light identification of unsafe loads
- Provide volume and weight calculations of a trucks load
- Store a database of vehicles which have passed under the weighbridge
Our experience developing signal processing algorithms highlighted the importance of a record/replay system which was built into the Truck Scanner from day one. This meant we were able to enhance our algorithms off-site and limit the cost of expensive trials.
